Punctual and professional. He took the time to look into the issue and was willing to work with me to resolve things fairly. Highly recommend.

Not Impressed.Called, explained problem my son was having with his car,was told it could be done and was given a time for his visit.Txtd the day before to see what time he would arrive...
no reply, should of known then!Waited in all day, made approx 5 calls during the day, some of which were answered but the latter were ignored.
.I was given the excuse he was on a "tough"job when he actually answered....I run a small business so I know how important clear customer communication is,if he had been honest or said that he couldnt do the job or wasnt interested ,fair enough but to leave someone waiting all day and give sad excuses then ignore them...Thankyou very much and I hope you dont run the rest of your business in this manner...time waster

Had my Golf GTI remapped and honestly couldn’t be happier with it. You can feel the difference straight away — much sharper response and noticeably more power, but it still feels smooth and easy to drive.
Really good service, friendly and professional, and no messing around. Everything was explained before the remap and the car was checked over properly afterwards.
Would definitely recommend these guys if you’re thinking about getting your GTI remapped. Really happy with the results! 👌

Had my Audi A5 S Line remapped and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. The difference in performance is noticeable straight away — much more responsive, smoother and a lot more enjoyable to drive.
The service was professional from start to finish, everything was explained clearly and the car was looked after properly. Really happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a remap.
Great service and great results! 👌🔥
