I found Kiran here on Bark.com I can honestly say I wouldn't be where I am right now mentally, if wasn't for Kirans support. If you are ready to transform your life then Kiran is the Therapist for you! Since my sessions started I have built a better relationship with myself. My relationships with other people in my life are also much better. She's one if life's gifted people and anyone who spends their time talking with Kiran will understand and appreciate this.

I came to kiran after the breakdown of my relationship with my partner, I had so many questions to why I always acted the way I did but didn’t have many answers. I self sabotaged, was always quick to anger, spoke down to my partner, treated them badly a lot of the time, was extremely sensitive and insecure but had a huge defensive ego thrown in the mix. Within around 8 sessions Kiran had me completely understanding why I always acted the way I did, I finally had solid, real answers, it was due to childhood trauma & learnt behaviour I experienced in my childhood. We are at around session 25 now & I can honestly say Kiran has finally done what I could never do on my own, & believe me I tried! I always used to try & change but would last about 2 weeks then go back to my old draining to be around ways, & it ultimately cost me my relationship. Kiran has taught me real change, I am a changed person! I am now emotionally intelligent, i’m now in control of my emotions, I don’t have angry fits of rage over every little thing, I know how to deal with intrusive thoughts, unwanted feelings, I’m no longer stuck in an endless cycle of self sabotage & pushing people away through my quick, thoughtless egotistical reactions to things. Kiran has changed my life & I will forever be thankful for her. Even the days where I just wanted to go onto a session & rant & cry & talk to Kiran about how much I miss my partner, & how down I am about the break up, she would listen & be there for me. Then in-between sessions I felt like Kiran was with me in spirit, if something triggering would come up i’d think about what Kiran would say to me. Without Kiran’s help I honestly don’t know where I would be right now after the last 9 months, thank you so much Kiran! & to anyone needed the help, stuck on that endless cycle of self sabotage & misery, there is light at the end of the tunnel! I work as a Nurse in the NHS...At the beginning (2019) I began receiving mental and emotional support from a gifted and pioneering spiritual teacher, therapist, life coach Kiran Shokar Essene. I spent 6 months finding my way out of the emotional mess I was in and healing the wounds I had been carrying for around 30 years. I was lost when I met Kiran, she was a gift who guided me to look at myself and gave me the tools to heal my wounds. I spent a lot of my life bouncing back and forth between anger and sadness. I was exhausted feeling this way and really didn’t know who I was. As a result of my sessions with Kiran, I found balance and happiness in my life. My relationships with loved ones are much more loving and supportive. I am more patient, present and have a huge appreciation for my family. When I first met Kiran I had been utterly destroyed by years of neglect, emotional & mental abuse, emotional incest and psychological sabotage. I could almost no longer function on any level due to the experiences I had put myself through and the ways I had coped with them. I was completely isolated with nobody to talk to, stuck permanently in a perpetual cycle of huge fear, guilt, shame, distress, mental and emotional issues, trauma and a 24/7 dissociation for 10 years which I found impossible to break out of because it was so severe & intense, and because I was so afraid of everything. I have struggled to be honest about my situation my whole life, and I became very self-sabotaging as a result to try and escape the pain and suffering I had been through. I could not see when people were taking advantage of me. Kirans support has been monumental in helping me largely overcome much of the lifelong challenges holding me back. I now feel I have a bright future ahead of me which I actually have the power to create, where I can actually achieve my goals, and its all thanks to Kiran. Its a strange feeling when you have lived your whole life thinking they are impossible. Even just a few months ago, I still could not really comprehend this was really a possibility and actually going to happen. Kiran is probably the single biggest reason I can even function at all. Kiran has sat with me for nearly 3 years of painstaking weekly sessions, long after other people would have given up, because she could see I still needed help and didnt want to turn her back. I will always be grateful for the amount of times Kiran has saved me and the amount she has helped me, way above and beyond anyone else Ive ever met. Thank you Kiran.
