Elena epitomises a true coach for anyone who is aspiring towards top performance at their best. I have been lucky to experience her unique coaching style, and I drew a lot of similarities to my younger years when I used to train as an amateur boxer and my coaching sessions then. Elena is very effective in utilising numerous tools and techniques to find the most relevant one for a particular client’s coaching request.
