Counselling Services
I provide counselling online for adults in the areas of depression, anxiety, low self esteem, relationship issues including poor communications, affairs and betrayals, narcissism, divorce, premarital counselling, imposter syndrome, anger management, grief, OCD, phobias, self harm, scapegoating, overcoming limiting beliefs, PTSD, stress, people pleasing, mask wearing, overworking, historic childhood trauma, abuse, managing conflict, not feeling good enough in months. ADHD.

Executive Coaching Services
I provide coaching services to Executives to help them move to the next level, be more efficient, effective and realise their highest potential, addressing issues of imposter syndrome, lack of confidence, communication skills, leadership and leveraging stakeholder engagement.

How Can the Counselling I Provide Help You?
A key aspect of Emotional Therapeutic Counselling is the range of techniques and creative tools that can be used to assist you to both recognise and release painful feelings in an appropriate manner, by working with your emotions rather than your mind.

The therapy goes at your pace and the number of sessions will vary according to your needs. Emotional Therapeutic Counsellors are trained to a very high standard and subscribe to a Code of Conduct which provides commitment to ongoing training and supervision.

Initial consultation 20-30 minutes, is Free.

It is important for you to find a therapist you feel comfortable with and I offer this initial consultation (20-30 minutes) so we can meet in person and you can ask any questions you may have, to help you make the right choice for you.

Sarah is a very kind, patient and understanding, she makes you feel very at ease which makes working with her a pleasure. Each session we’ve had has been a good experience and I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Sarah has been the most wonderful therapist and has had an enormous impact on my partner and I’s lives. Her unobtrusive and supportive approach made us both feel so welcome and able to open up to her, and she has completely turned our relationship around. We both felt truly listened to by her and her skilful approach in helping us to understand how the other person was feeling has moved our relationship from the verge of a break up to the most stable and positive it has ever been. I arrived at Sarah’s door in a bit of a mess... huge anxiety, loss of self esteem and unfinished business with a lot of the loss in my life. Quickly, with a fantastic history taking session and adept questioning, she seemed to be aware of what the problem was. Sarah has a wonderfully incisive style and made progress with me very quickly. Her recommendations for exercises and improving my sleep worked very quickly and effectively and the homework she gave me moved me on so much faster than if we had been just talking every week. She is a hugely likeable person that has a genuine interest in facilitating improvement in her client’s lives. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone ..... she has worked wonders with me and imparted skills on me that are lifelong gems.
