I started working with Richie in February 2024 at a time when I felt I needed extra support and practical guidance to get unstuck in some areas of my life that I had not been able to fully address through my regular psychotherapy sessions. I was skeptical at first: I didn't know much about the life coaching world at the time and didn't feel 100% comfortable with investing a significant amount of money to potentially receive advice I could easily look up myself using Google. Admittedly, none of the initial conversations I had with potential coaches did much to ease my doubts, but that changed when I connected with Richie. Before deciding to sign up with him, Richie offered two complimentary exploratory sessions in which we got to know each other better and I had an opportunity to lay all my cards on the table, including doubts, worries, and concerns. I told Richie what I wanted to work on and asked him specific questions on how he thought he could help. It was immediately clear to me that Richie was the one. Not only does he have a natural ability to listen and get to the core of the message, but he's also able to ask thought-provoking questions and offer new perspectives, sometimes based on his own personal experience, which really made me feel safe, understood, inspired and empowered to move past and/or remove mental blocks that had been there for years. Richie's approach is driven by great sense of empathy, compassion and kindness, and while he isn't afraid to challenge and push past the comfort zone, he's always there to help, support and encourage every step of the way. As I write this, I remember feeling concerned and ashamed when, initially, our work together caused me to feel vulnerable and even cry during our sessions: Richie was always there as a calm, kind, non-judgmental and reassuring presence and I cannot thank him enough for helping me release the fear and shame that were holding me back. Only through that could I start building the drive, confidence and action-oriented mindset I thought I'd never have. Of course, there also have been moments of doubt and setbacks which made me question my choice to embark on this journey: once again, Richie taught me the ever valuable lesson of trusting the process, seeing it through, and have faith in the fact that change was still happening. In fact, now we have nearly completed our work together and realise how far we've come, I can say that the most radical transformations happen in really small, often imperceptible ways. That's something I will treasure for life! If you are at a crossroad in your life, if you're feeling stuck, if you know you need a change but you feel lost and need a guide, Richie is the person you need. Having gone through a massive life transformation himself, he's genuinely passionate about giving back and seeing other people flourish and elevate to their full potential. It may not be an easy or comfortable process - no life transformation is - but rest assured Richie will be there to guide you and help you through it all. After completing a three month coaching journey with Richie Kyriacou, I feel significantly more in control of my life's direction or at least I have more of an understanding and more clarity of me. Richie has an exceptional ability to adapt to the circumstances that matter to me. He is responsive and focused, helping me distinguish the essential from the non-essential, he encouraged me to engage with me at a pace that I was able to manage. The progress I made with Richie encouraged me to reflect on various important aspects of my life from multiple perspectives and to give more deliberation regarding my mind set. I was pleasantly surprised by Richie's facilitation process, a great approach – all inclusive and above all respectful. He is intuitive and highly skilled. Richie has a talent that helped me address and acknowledge obstacles and barriers that can often impeded my progress. He adeptly sparked my curiosity and is both inspirational and extraordinary. Now, I will take my time to consider alternatives and make decisions thoughtfully, rather than reactively. I have realised that it is all about how I respond and how I choose to react that matters. It really is all about me. For me, my experience with Richie and his approach, was a valuable and worthwhile investment of my time and commitment. My journey with Richie started in Dec 2022. This was more of a test and try as part of my research into career counselling. Although the meeting went well, I was very reluctant about finding a life coach and sceptical about the outcome. So, I moved on to another career coach – as I was looking for a quick one to understand what’s next for me? Perhaps I was more interested in removing a brain clog – what do I need to do next? I found another coach – an amazing one who did psychological assessments and helped to assess what type of jobs I enjoy the most. What I did not realize – how/where to start? So, my situation turned back to square one. Soon 2023 Xmas break appeared, same thoughts – what’s next? 2024, Jan – office commenced – usual train journey to office, an email popped up from Richie – asking me how am I doing – still looking for any life coach? I was completely blown away with this approach – 12 months later a truly passionate coach following, albeit marketing aspects involved, a genuine concern was felt in his approach. I then booked a consulting session and then finalized him as my “life coach”. You may wonder what is “life coach”? It is all about realizing “whole you” – head to toe, brain to gut, dreams to manifestations, negativity to positivity. After 3 months of my investment – I am not a different person. But I have changed a lot! I am very positive, good clarity towards larger purpose of life, manifesting big and bold vision, able to appreciate lot more, developed discipline in day-to-day – this resulted in 10 kilo’s weight reduction (my waist size reduced to 38 from 42, super tangible 😊ha ha!), but many more within me!!!!!! I acknowledge all the other 5-star comments, no need to re-explain how Richie works with you, but I can assure you that – if you are looking for a life coach, then Richie is the one to rely upon!

I started working with Richie when I had a change in my working life. I wanted to use the moment as an opportunity to assess where I was and decide what I wanted for my future, and I wanted some support with that journey. I choose Richie from the various coaches that I looked at because I liked the feel of the overall package on offer, looking at self-view, motivations, values, etc, alongside wellbeing and career options. The combination of both the 1-to-1 sessions and the course work was good and enabled me to talk things through in detail, as well as follow some structure with the course work to build up the picture of what I wanted. Richie is exactly how he comes across in the introductory videos on the website – calm, insightful, engaging and professional. The course work is well structured and the progress I felt quickly was incredible. As well as the 1-to-1 sessions and the coursework, I have also done some breathwork sessions which complement the other elements really well. I had some element of hesitation before I booked in, partly due to the awareness that I had no real idea what I wanted to do next and partly because of the cost of the programmes. Having made the decision and committed time, energy and money to it, I am very happy with what I got out of it. I would happily recommend Richie to family and friends.
