I highly recommend Jason. He immediately understood why I was seeking help and has worked with me to address these issues. I haven’t finished my programme but already I have an improved outlook on life, recognising aspects of my life that are important to me that can easily be taken for granted is and helping me to be a better me all round. You put alot of trust in a coach as they can have a real and lasting impact on your life. I have thanked myself every day since choosing Jason to work with. I’m naturally cynical of anyone who promises serious change, as I know that means they have a lot to prove and a lot of room to disappoint, but very time we speak I know that Jason is one of my best investments. He really puts effort into his research and truly invests in his clients’ progress. He is in touch regularly, even daily at times. He adapts to my way of working and thinking and puts himself in my shoes when he works with me, which makes him incredibly easy to gel with. I have been impressed every time I have talked with him. We’ve worked with some very stressful hurdles and he stays the course and is calm and strong - but always incredibly kind and affirming. I don’t know that I would have made it out of the slump in my life without his help and encouragement. It’s hard to describe how valuable he is when every meeting opens more doors and possibilities. My expectations keep being exceeded. More value is added with every conversation. I feel supported and understood even when I don’t understand myself as much as I could. That’s the secret of a great coach. You find strength and value you don’t realise was there for the taking.
