Description
Caravan has three bedrooms, two toilets, double glazing, gas central heating, it has full wrap decking.
New carpets and lino were fitted last year and the sofa was reupholstered.
2025 site fees were £7560. Park is open from 1st March - 3rd January (it can only be used weekends from mid November until the two weeks of Christmas/New Year when it can then be occupied 24/7 again). Caravans have no age limit. Lots of activities on park, plus owner events and owner discounts on food, drink and paid park activities.
Would ideally like to sell before the end of August to recoup some of 2025 site fees. If it doesn't sell before then, will be looking to sell at the end of October.
