This jacket isn't even 5 monh ths old and it's rarely been worn. Goretex still intact. This is a 3 layer waterproof jacket so it has the waterproof outer, an inner waterproof lining and padding for warmth. It is not a shell. This will help keep you warm.
It's a small but a large small so to fit a thick fleece underneath so it would fit absolutely a medium sized person as well.
