First World War Western Front Association golf umbrella

Up for sale is 1x official Western Front Association (WFA) golf umbrella.

Its location is TN29, Dymchurch, Romney Marsh, south-east Kent.

The WFA is a nationwide UK organisation for individuals with an interest in the First World War to learn, share, explore and exchange information and knowledge with like-minded people in a friendly and sociable atmosphere.

The umbrella is 100cm / 40” long from its tip to the end of its handle. Its diameter is 130cm / 51”.

The umbrella belonged to my late dad but I’m not sure if he ever used it. I found it at his home still in its original cardboard tube packaging.

It’s at least ten years old, and probably older than that.

The umbrella is in very good condition with some faint marks on its canopy. There is rust and other signs of use on the tip of the umbrella as well.
