If you're receiving a Deep Tissue Massage, please be aware that some bruising or soreness may appear later the same day or the following day. This is a normal response to the release of deep muscular tension.

The discomfort is typically caused by the unfamiliar manipulation of deeper muscle layers and is not usually a cause for concern. Any bruising or soreness should subside within 24–48 hours.
