Metal white conical shade, black wall plate and arm, black plastic light fitting and decorative gas tap detail. The light fitting says 250V 4A CE CQC. Probably originates from China as the address label on the box it came in, which seems plausible to be the original one in which it was delivered, has a Chinese return address.
Designed to look like an old gas mantle wall light with a tap which would be turned on and then the light lit with a match. In this case the tap is simply a plastic molding and does not turn. There is no switch on this light, it is intended to be wired to a separate switch. Presumably it can either be used as an uplighter pointing up or a downlighter pointing down.
