Pre-owned and in good used condition. They do show signs of normal wear, including some marks/discolouration to the white soles and some general wear around the fabric/edges. I've included plenty of close-up photographs so you can see their condition clearly.
They still have plenty of wear left and would make a great practical pair for a little one.
