Description
A substantial mid-20th-century plush rocking horse, measuring an impressive 145 cm in length. Covered in golden brown velvet-style plush with a yarn mane and tail, the horse is mounted on a stained wooden rocking base with slatted footrests for stability. Fitted with a burgundy faux-leather saddle and bridle, complete with metal stirrups.
• Materials: Plush fabric over a straw-filled body, wooden base, faux-leather tack, metal stirrups
• Condition: Fair vintage condition — plush shows wear and loss, particularly to rear quarters with exposed straw stuffing; tack is intact and the wooden base remains sturdy and stable.
