Do not use this company unless a proper disclosure of what the service entails have been discussed! They arrived on time and discussed, the one of the crew was a young boy about 8-9 and a man in his mid thirties (am guessing) who admitted to she back pains and recently had an heart attack. And this was only disclosed when we go to the destination. Nadine who I spoke to was eagerly exited to take my booking, she was nice and everything until I paid. I completed the payment when the crew arrived because I didn’t really trust her and her excrement and I was right not to. The crew said they couldn’t carry my stuff to my room even if i discussed this with Nadine saying the main purpose of me booking this is because my back hurt. The man said because of the stairs he won’t be able to move the stuff and he was gonna drop it at the entrance of someone else’s room. After what I believe was back and forth for about 20 mins, they agreed to lift my ikea furniture (which was light according to the man) and a small vanity desk. The rest of my things were left in the front of someone else’s room. And I asked for them to tell me what the moving entails! I asked that 2 different time! I now understand why she didn’t reply. And Nadine is yet to apologies! It’s the next day today, so I waited to see if she’d say she’s sorry but she hasn’t.
