MDL Powerup T190 Finger Bar Hedge Cutter.
Purchased brand new directly from MDL on 23 May 2024, this machine has genuinely only been used twice from new.

I originally purchased the T190 to bring a considerable amount of hedgerow around my property back under control. It has done exactly what I bought it for and performed extremely well. The hedges are now manageable and, realistically, I simply cannot justify keeping a substantial piece of machinery that is unlikely to see much further use.

The other reason for the sale is that my own tractor is a very small 16hp compact tractor. Although I have successfully used the hedge cutter with it, the tractor is really too small and lightweight for me to operate a machine of this size comfortably. I have had to add additional ballast and take extra precautions because of the tractor's size, so I have decided that selling the T190 is the sensible option rather than upgrading my tractor purely to keep a hedge cutter that I now rarely need.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the hedge cutter, and it is not being sold because of any mechanical or hydraulic problem.

It is in fantastic working order, with very little use whatsoever. The hydraulics, cylinders, controls and cutter mechanism all operate as they should, and the machine has been looked after since purchase.

As the photographs show, it remains in very good overall condition with only the minor cosmetic signs you would expect from having been used for hedge cutting twice.

The machine is now disconnected from the tractor and stored covered under a heavy-duty tarpaulin, ready for its next owner to collect. Due to the amount of work involved in reinstalling it onto my particular small tractor, I am not intending to reconnect it simply to produce a demonstration video. There are, however, numerous videos online showing the MDL T190 operating and demonstrating exactly what these very capable machines can do.

I am more than happy for a serious prospective buyer to inspect the machine thoroughly before purchase.
