68mm RAIN WATER HARVESTING COLLECTION UNIT………all other sizes are available on request, message me with your requirements.
-catches all water that enters down pipe, 1 teaspoon full to a max of 4litres per min before water is diverted to overflow.
-very easy step by step installation (no drilling no glueing)
-self cleaning built in filter (sends buoyant debris down main sewer)
-built in sump separation chamber (collects heavy objects in sump)
-catches every drop of water until your tank is full
-ease of service if needed
-fits 50mm ID pipe
INSTALLATION (Please also refer to pictures)
1-mark the rain water pipe at required height
2-then cut using hand saw
3-slide the slip collar onto rain water pipe (chamfer facing downwards)
4-place the unit into bottom pipe (no glue needed)
5-align the top of the unit with rain water pipe
6-slide the slip collar downwards until it touches the boss (would recommend put lube/fairy liquid on rubber first)
MAINTENANCE (follow below if and when needed)
1-disconnect hose
2-slide the slip collar upwards
3-push unit away from the top of rain water pipe and lift the unit out from the bottom rain water pipe
4-turn the unit upside down to empty debris from the sump chamber
5-hose the inside of the unit to remove all debris around filter (the filter is colour coded red)
