This home gym is perfect for those who want to workout in the comfort of their own home. With the Weider Body Works Multi Gym, you can do a full body workout using your own body weight and is suitable for all levels of fitness. The gym is suitable for strength training and flexibility, and is great for anyone looking to keep fit or improve their fitness. There are 34 suggested exercises. The gym is in good used condition, with some scuffing on the leatherette (please see photos). The machine folds flat for storage, and I kept it under the bed but I no longer have the space. This would be a brilliant present for a keep fit fan.
