Vary rare machine in UK, plus newer and better versions cost even several thousands dollars. Bottles for £100 are joke in comparison. Serious machine with massive flow as per research. Please do research before buying (Gary Brecka is big mainstream fan, for a starter), and understand that proper setup before using machine must me done, as shown in video. Comes without canula etc for hygenic reasons. I used it for few months in morning as for inhaling (you can also infuse into water and drink it) - feel better but used many things same time so it's difficult to say how much better due to inhaling brown gas only. This is rare chance of buying this or similar machine on eBay, and at that price.
