Description
Core excercise machine currently used as pilates machine. Adjustable to different angles for different resistance using spring loaded lock (for ease). Comes with handle attachments and ankle attachment. The machine can be also used for multiple push pull excercises for arms /legs using the handles and push plates. The machine can also be easily be folded away to store in smaller places
