Famhisto

Description

Your family's story, traced through original records and written up as a hardback book your family will actually read, not a spreadsheet of names. I'm Ian Andrews, a professional genealogist in Wokingham, Berkshire, researching families and houses across the UK. Before genealogy I spent thirty years as a technical specialist and solution architect for Microsoft and Hewlett-Packard, finding the truth in incomplete and contradictory information. I work from census returns, parish registers, civil records and military files, with full subscriptions to Ancestry, Findmypast and TheGenealogist, and every fact is cited to an original record rather than copied from someone else's online tree. For a house, I write a full biography of the building and everyone who lived there. Every project starts with a free assessment of what's possible, and the price I quote is the price you pay.
