These bikes are brand new in box these ones are priced at over 680 from source. These are top range and all thats needed is back wheel attached and handlebars and seat, it comes with all u want lights indicators and horn plus extras if u look at photos im pretty sure the tools to attach wheel and handlebars.are included. They do 15mph and about 50 mile range plus u can upgrade battery and add a conversion kit too speed them up to 40mph possibly 60mph i buy bulk sold near a 100 over 7 months. Thats why i can sell cheaper than them all. Im in g38lq finneston not the southside.
