An original Victorian cast iron letter plate knocker by A Kendrick & Sons No. 422
In fantastic condition having been protected through layers of paint and now brought back to life by way of heating in a fire and quenching in oil which impregnates the surface and creates the blackened finish
Complete with original securing square nuts not pictured.
