DESCRIPTION
----------------------------------------------
This beautiful tables set looks perfect in any room. The rustic surface & steel hairpin legs give it an unmistakable rustic/ contemporary look.
This set comprises of two tables, with the smaller one sliding under the larger one.
One edge of both tables, has been given a unique 'live edge' finish.
Each tabletop has been fashioned out of chunky scandinavian redwood (45mm thick), sanded to a smooth finish, before being coated with your chosen colour/ finish.

The tables surface comes complete with scrapes, knots, indentations & discolourations, which all help to tell the story of its previous life. These imperfections add to the character of the table, which helps to make it totally unique.
Everything I make is handmade, so every piece is truly unique. Special care is taken in the preparation & overall look of the finished product

TABLETOP

Each tabletop has been fashioned out of chunky scandinavian redwood (45mm thick), sanded to a smooth finish, before being coated with your chosen colour/ finish.
Paired with steel hairpin legs, it makes the whole thing pretty weighty, which only adds to the feel of quality.

LIVE EDGE

One edge of both tables has been given a 'live edge' finish.
The term 'live edge' refers to the natural edge left on at least one side of a piece of wood. Rather than the sharp, clean lines in more traditional wooden furniture.
Live edge retains the natural beauty of the tree.
NOTE: The live edge is created by myself.
The photos give an indication of what they'll look like. However, each live edge will vary slightly.

LEGS

Each table is supported by 4 x steel hairpin legs.
***Choice of Bare Steel, Black, Polished Copper, or Brass legs***
These legs are very strong & screw into the underside of the tabletop.
Each table comes complete with hairpin feet protectors, which protects your floor if you put it on tiles, vinyl flooring etc.
