Approx 50m2 (carefully lifted from a patio of about 60m2, but subtracted an allowance for breakages - you can assume at least 50m2 useable stone)

There are various sizes: 90*60cm, 60*60cm, 60*30cm, 30*30cm and a few good odd-sized offcuts.

It is un-riven, good quality stone and much thicker than the stuff you buy nowadays.

You can buy this kind of stone from reclamation yards who seem to charge anywhere from £40-50/meter square + VAT and delivery.

I am asking £1,000 o.n.o. for the lot. I am a householder, so no VAT. I am not prepared to split the amount - it’s all-or-nothing as it’s getting in the way and I need to get rid quickly.

We are in Ludlow (SY8).

I am prepared to deliver within a 25 mile radius for a minimal cost. Outside that distance you’ll have to make your own transport arrangements.

The stone is advertised elsewhere so the first person to commit will be able to buy.
