Circa 2019. Steel bikes built today are incredibly rare as they are expensive materials and require a high level of skill to build. This is an excellent frame. Dawes make some of the best steel bikes today using Reynolds steel.

This model.is exactly like the Dawes Super Galaxy, except it has 26" Wheels. So perfect for travelling outside Europe, where 700c tyres are extremely hard to find. 80% of the world ride with 26" wheels. Not 700c.
Has Schwalbe Puncture proof tyres fitted.

Super comfortable and very lightweight. It's a joy to ride.

Comes with a standard comfy seat, or if you would like a leather Brooks or similar Leather Saddle, DM for details..

Comes with Dual Handlebar brake levers.

Bullet proof Handle Bar Shifters.

Fully serviced and ready to ride away. Most used bikes come with dry and rusty bearings, worn cassettes, stretched chains. Most bike shops charge £200+ to fix these common problems
All my bikes have been serviced with new bearings, grease, cables, chains, cassettes or any part that needs to be replaced where needed. Every buckle, every gear has been tuned. So each bike rides like new.
If you want a cheap used bike that has not been serviced, plenty out there. My bikes are not just cleaned. They are serviced, so expect an excellent bike.
