Using techniques like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and motivational interviewing, I tailor sessions to help you harness your strengths and overcome challenges.

Together, we can create lasting, positive transformation. With over 20 years of experience in NHS addiction services, I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Addiction Psychology and Counselling, as well as a Master’s in Clinical & Public Health Aspects of Addiction.
