Without my recovery plan with Bash through ReBourne Recovery I wouldn’t be where I am today. 17 months in, sober, healthy and living my life to the fullest, not just existing. Since my recovery journey I have lost 4 stone, my health has improved, I can focus better, I’m a better and more present parent. Without my recovery plan and my regular check ins with Bash, none of this would have been possible. If you’re thinking of starting your recovery journey, do it, it will be the best thing you could ever do for yourself and the ones you love.

From the very first contact, Bash made me aware that all the confusion and fear of my issue at the time, can be sorted with dedication to his course. Straight away there’s an understanding from him, there’s no judgement. My mindset has completely changed, and i couldnt thank him enough for the patience and dedication! Im half of a year into my therapy, understood a lot about myself, reasons why I behave the way I do in situations and how to change the mindset to get yourself out of them. I have been in regular addiction counselling with Bash for 6 months, which in short has changed my life. I have tried and failed many times to be free of my addiction but nothing has worked until now. The ReBourne recovery program is incredible, it doesn’t just deal with the addiction problem but looks into where it stems from, past trauma and how to work through all these issues and learn self worth, self love and how to be free of the addiction. As you progress with the program you will learn tools and tactics to keep your addiction in check and you learn where the addiction came from and why it is present in your life. I can’t thank Bash enough for all his help and support, this has been a life changing journey. Bash is kind, understanding, knowledgeable and very down to earth, there is never any judgment. Thank you Bash for everything.

I will be forever eternally grateful for everything Bash has done for me. Helping me on my first steps to recovery and giving me the tools needed to go forward. He has helped my entire family with getting through the troubles and bumps I’ve had in the road. This includes taking time out of hour to take calls from my dad when he needed someone to speak to.
