Revised review after finally being contacted following several weeks of silence via email: At the last moment, the massage therapist was unable to come, and for some reason, a manicurist did the massage instead. I only found this out after the massage, which resembled a massage but was definitely not a professional one. I was offered a repeat session (this time with the real massage therapist who had done my massage before) - I hope this time everything will be fine.

Amazing professionalism and all-over a fantastic service! Julia was kind, caring and friendly and helped ease my tension away. She tailored the massage to my specific needs and was attentive. I have been going to Julia for a few years and would strongly recommend her as a therapist. Like many people, I get back, shoulder and neck pain from spending too much time at the computer. I also have mild scoliosis which creates pain and tension on one side of my back. Julia's massages always alleviate this pain and tension and I am always extremely happy with the results. Julia always understands what I need from my massage and how much pressure to apply. She's very friendly and kind and her treatment room is toasty warm, clean and relaxing. She offers a range of massage treatments from relaxing to sports massages and would recommend her as a massage therapist.

As a fellow local business owner. I always like to support local businesses. From the moment I met Julia, the owner of Brazilian holistic massages, I warmed to her. She has turned what was a disused and unsightly shop into a beautiful and peaceful sanctuary where you can forget all the normal worries of the day. Despite her diminutive stature it is very clear that Julia has an exceptional knowledge in holistic treatments. Julia took a clear history of my complaints and identified the possible causes before starting my treatment. I have to say it was the best massage I have ever had and the setting was just right. It is really a skill that takes years to fine tune and Julia has it down to an art. Both my wife and I now go every month for our treatments and we have recommended many of our friends who have all had the same great experience.
