I have made more progress and come to understand myself a lot more within a handful of sessions with Brett than I did throughout many years of therapy through the NHS. Well priced tailored sessions with a genuine human being, that has true care, compassion and understanding in multiple areas. Would highly recommend.

Brett was personable, professional, understanding, and insightful. Deeply appreciated that despite the fact my partner and I bring some colourful issues/histories to the table, it was always objectivity and sensitivity that Brett brought into our sessions. As a result of the conversations with Brett I also had my faith in my own ability to resolve conflicts deepened, and this is something I will hopefully carry forward for many years to come (and apply to many things, not only to my relationship with my partner, God-willing).

I’ve been working with Brett for around 18 months now, after I stumbled across Better Your Way on Google. After an introductory session to see how we’d get on, we hit it off and it’s just like having a friend at the end of the phone. The service is brilliant, Brett is compassionate, educational, informative and has been absolutely pivotal in my recovery and my personal growth. Far beyond just a therapist, Brett cares about his clients growth and has helped me build coping mechanisms, and thought processes to confidently handle challenge after challenge. 12/10 would recommend.

I have been having weekly counciling/coaching sessions with Brett (Better your way) for the past 1 year and a half and he has literally changed my life, complete transformation. But not only for myself through a journey of self love but for my family my children my home friends, setting up business ideas, goal setting, hobbies, getting creative and checking in with me not just on my appointment.
