I am Maria Fuentes, an Anxiety, Confidence and Performance Specialist. I help people who feel held back by anxiety, stress, burnout, self-doubt, unhelpful habits or major decisions that feel heavy.

My work is grounded in applied neuroscience and identity-based development. It explores how stress, past experiences, beliefs, and learned patterns can shape the way we think, feel, respond, and perform, particularly under high pressure. The work is designed to help you interrupt those patterns and build new ways of thinking, responding and moving forward.

At the centre of this work is identity: how you see yourself, what you believe you are allowed to have or become, and the patterns that shape what you tolerate, avoid or hold back from. Rewire helps people recognise the gap between who they have learned to be and who they are capable of becoming, and then turn that understanding into practical change.

Together, we look beneath the surface of what is happening, identify the patterns that keep you stuck, and use practical, personalised tools to create meaningful change.

I work with individuals, professionals, entrepreneurs and creatives who want to feel calmer, stronger and more able to move forward. Many of my clients are high-achieving, successful professionals who have reached a point where they need a reset to reduce pressure, regain perspective, restore energy and reconnect with how they want to live and lead.

With over 14 years of experience, a background in finance and management, and hundreds of client success stories, I understand the demands of professional and personal life. I have worked with clients internationally and collaborated with professionals, entrepreneurs and charities, including Anxiety UK.

Alongside one-to-one work, I design and deliver applied-neuroscience workshops and development programmes for individuals and organisations. I am the creator of Rewire, the BAGC6 Framework and Beyond Limits, practical platforms designed to help people understand their patterns, develop new ways of responding and sustain progress between sessions.

My approach may draw on structured performance strategies, clinical and medical hypnotherapy, NLP, Time Line Therapy, EFT, mindfulness, meditation, emotional intelligence, EMDR with hypnotherapy and other techniques, according to your goals and suitability.

Sessions are available online in English and Spanish.
