Hi, I'm Jade.
I'm trained as a person-centred counsellor, I draw on a range of skills from my experience in psychology, meditation and other holistic practices to help you understand yourself on a deeper level.
My style is grounded and transformational. Tauma, grief, spiritual shifts, the moments where life feels messy or uncertain, our work together honours all of it, because every part of you deserves space to be seen — mind, body, heart, and soul.
Together, we’ll track the threads and patterns that keep repeating in your life, so you can break cycles and reconnect with the core of who you are.
Through it all, I’ll hold a steady space. Not to fix you, but to walk with you — through the light, and through the dark.
