Description

I am a certified coach helping people break free from addictions using my unique method - Replace to Erase.
I work with a limited number of clients until the recovery is sustainable. My coaching is intense and effective.
I give each and every client 100 percent of my energy and knowledge and I expect my clients to work hard, otherwise what's the point to work with a coach?
Together we address the route cause, understand triggers, and replace distructive addictive behaviours with healthy addictive behaviours.
With my inuitive coaching, mindset techniques, challenges and practical strategies you will reduce and then eliminate cravings, build confidence, create healthy routines and move towards a new chapter chapter in your life.

Anna really helped me overcome the emptiness I fell into when everything keep going wrong. With her guidance and positive approach I overcame my troubles and have bounced back better than ever. Thank you for your frank, honest approach, the empathy and guidance has been a great boost and helped me move forward faster than I ever envisioned.

Anna has helped me and advised me with a few areas of my life. She starts with having the ability to listen really well, to take it in and understand what you have told her. She will offer suggestions when needed with thoughtfulness and empathy. I found Anna very intuitive, very calming and softly spoken which enabled me to listen to her effectively and trust her easily. Not only has Anna given me clarity in my life, she also helped me set up my business, starting with CV and actually building a website for me. I would highly recommend Anna for inspiration, support, guidance and anything else that is preventing you from moving forward.

Anna Donaldson is a very professional and open minded therapist. I've only been working with her short time. But, she is a breath of fresh air and quite inspirational to me in her outlook!
