Description

I offer trauma-informed somatic counselling for adults navigating anxiety, stress, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, trauma, the impact of past experiences and personal growth.

My approach is gentle, body-led and deeply relational, combining therapeutic conversation with somatic awareness and an understanding of the nervous system. I work slowly and respectfully, building safety first and helping clients understand protective patterns, process difficult experiences and reconnect with themselves.

Sessions are available online, in person and through Walk & Talk Therapy in London.

Working with Roxana felt steady and grounding from the very first session. I never felt rushed or analysed. I felt met. Over time I began to understand my patterns more clearly and felt more regulated in situations that used to overwhelm me. There was a quiet confidence in the space that allowed me to explore difficult things without feeling exposed.
