I have been happy with the clean each time, the teams are very good and thorough. I feel that it is quite difficult to communicate with them and their responses to my calls, voicemails and messages has been slow.

Unfortunately, despite requesting regular hours and days, it seemed impossible to provide. I had trouble getting hold of anyone to find out if or when I’d have my house cleaned. Sometimes, it worked, sometimes it didn’t, and I’d never know if and when. It was a very stressful time.
