They did an excellent job deep cleaning a tenancy in preparation for sale. And they obliged us by working on Hogmanay - that's real dedication!

Service was very easy and quick to set up. Good communication. The person who came to clean the office was efficient and precise. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible experience with these guys. Cancelled first appointment, then sent an inexperienced and terrible cleaner who came 35 minutes late and barely cleaned half the 2 bedroom apartment over 3 hours. Half the floors were dirty, half the kitchen was left untouched (eg hob, most of the counters, half the floor, the sinks) and the bathrooms were full of hairs everywhere. When feedback was provided with photos, they apologised and offered a full refund which they then never sent. Awful.

Ross at Ocean Cleaning has been very responsive and has listened to all I wanted and made sure he can meet those expectations. His cleaning team will clean for my Mum starting from September 2021
