I have given Service Master a 5 star rating as their service and professionalism are second to none. Whether it's their usual cleaner or a stand in cleaner the service provided is excellent. The staff are very friendly too. The management are in regular contact to check we are happy with their service, which I like, as this shows they care about their customers very much. I am on first name terms with their staff and enjoy their regular telephone calls as it very much feels like I am talking to a friend.

Over our 40 years of trading we've chopped and changed between private cleaners and companies offering a full package and just never been happy with the overall service we received until we went to ServiceMaster. I think we've probably fallen lucky with the cleaner we've been assigned but also the cover and overall service has been impeccable! I can't knock them and would highly recommend them.
