These are 14 new oboe reeds, all sealed. There are 10 in single packets and box of 4, all sealed and new. As for particular details of them if they are beginners or medium or wotnot I don't know so you're buying them as you see them, so please make sure to look at the pictures, the reeds you see are the actual reeds you will get.
