About My Experience

I bring both professional and personal experience to my role as a carer:

Worked as a support worker, personal assistant and live-in carer, with hands-on experience in:
• Personal care
• Transfers and mobility support
• Medication management
• Housekeeping and shopping
• Meal preparation
• Social engagement and companionship

I have also cared for close family members with cancer care and dementia care. Through that experience I understand the vulnerability and trust it takes to place your loved one in someone else’s hands. It is extremely hard to do.

I also hold all relevant care certificates, and academically, I have an Honours degree in Business Management and a Master’s in Human Resources.
