Felt Care offers kind and compassionate Home Care Support and Supported Living Services. Our services include Personal Care, Nursing Care, Dementia Care, Respite Care, Live In Care and End-of-life Care Services.

We aim to provide personalised and person-centred care services for elderly, vulnerable adults and minors. Care is delivered by caring and compassionate care staff led by a supportive management team.

Our Care Plans are designed to encourage independence while offering you help and support whenever you need.

The management teams are highly experienced practitioners qualified in Health and Social Care. Our care staff is fully-trained and highly experienced to deliver high quality care.

OUR STAFF
We value the important contribution of our staff in providing quality care services. We have rigorous screening procedures to ensure that our staff are competent, skilled and trained in Health and Social Care.

All our staff are thoroughly checked before they start working for us. We verify and confirm references and history of all staff to ensure the safety and security of the individuals in our care.

We offer comprehensive training including mandatory courses and periodic refresher courses. This helps us to maintain high standards of care and help our staff to develop their skills and abilities

We understand that making the decision for care for an individual or a loved one is often had and difficult. We are here to guide you through the care options available. to move into a care home is difficult and know how important it is to feel you have chosen the right one. We are happy to offer you all the support and advice you need when considering your care options for you or your loved one.

To help us provide a truly personalised care service we will agree a personal support plan with you so that you can decide the care you receive and what your preferences are.

Our Domiciliary Care Services are designed with the individual in mind. We design every care and support plan considering the individual wishes, characters, likes, dislikes and interests to ensure the highest degree of care for all individuals.

Care and support is offered in the comfort of your home and can run from a couple of minutes a day to full time Live In Care.
