The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will work directly with children, supporting their learning and development through play, planned activities, and daily routines. You will help maintain a positive and caring atmosphere while ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding and welfare.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with EYFS.

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities.

Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Ensure safeguarding, welfare, and health & safety standards are met.

Keep accurate records of children’s progress and development.

Essential Requirements

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.

Knowledge of EYFS and child development.

Enthusiasm, creativity, and a caring nature.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
