This lot will be auctioned via Iconic Auctioneers, The Iconic Motorcycle Sale at the NEC Classic Motor Show 2025 on Sunday the 9th of November, NEC, Birmingham, B40 1NT. , Purchased by Joe Potts (McIntyre’s sponsor) from Alexanders in Glasgow in 1957 to be campaigned on short circuits by Bob that year,Wins at Scarborough, Brands Hatch, NW200, Silverstone and numerous other tracks during 1957/1958,Acquired by our vendor, a TT race team owner, directly from the team manager of the McIntyre Collection in 2023 and sympathetically restored in 2024 with no expense spared,The bike remains remarkably original with the engine rebuilt by Manx guru, Andy Savage, retaining the rare magnesium factory gearbox,The frame/engine number is M10M72738 with the prefix, 10M, confirming that it's a 350cc Manx model,Superb history and provenance and a rare opportunity to acquire an important historic racing bike that is running and riding well and is ready to display or parade,
