Description

Offers might be considered but, looking at ebay, this price is a good one.

20 rolls of unused 35mm colour film – mainly Kodak/Fuji, and four disposable cameras with film inside. Great for experimental work. Total of 24 rolls, almost all being 36 exposure.

Clearing the ends of my photo studio. On offer here are 20 rolls of unused 35mm film, complete with 18 plastic tubs and four disposable cameras which will have film loaded into them.

What is here are:
1 Boxed Roll of Kodachrome 36 exposure
1 Boxed Roll of Fujicolor C200 36 exposure
The rest are unboxed but most with tubs:
1 x Roll of Fujichrome Velvia 50 ISO 36 exposure
3 rolls of Fujicolor Superia Extra 400 36 exposure
1 roll of Fujicolor Superia 200 36 exposure
1 roll of Kodak ExtraColor Elite Chrome 100 24 exposure
1 roll of Kodak 400 36 exposure
1 roll of Kodak 200 36 exposure
4 rolls of Kodak Gold 400 36 exposure – removed from box for this listing. Box supplied.
Konica-Minolta Centuria Super 400 36 exposure
1 roll of Jessops Diamond Everyday 200 36 exposure
1 roll of Jessops SHR 200 36 exposure
4 rolls of Lloyds Pharmacy Colour film 200 36 exposure
Disposable cameras are:
Polaroid 35mm high definition talking camera with flash – 27 exposure.
Ribena film camera – still sealed
Two of the same unknown make cameras with flash 35mm 24 exposure film inside.

Some of the film tubs were just opened for the first time for this sale. These will be old and definitely well out of date. Have been stored in dark conditions but not refrigerated. I doubt if the cameras are useable as cameras – at least any flash batteries would have died - or you can just take another four rolls of film from them.

Pay the asking price or make me a sensible offer for them all.

AI says(!):

"This product is a set of 24 rolls (including those in the four cameras) of 35mm camera film by various brands, all of which are unused and in various exposure lengths (all 36 exposure except one 24 exposure). The films are in colour and are compatible with 35mm/135 print format cameras. The brands included in this set are Kodak, Fuji, Jessops, and Lloyds Pharmacy, known for their quality and reliability in the world of film photography. Perfect for photographers looking to capture images on real film, these rolls offer a range of options and possibilities for creating unique and nostalgic photographs"

By the way there are lots of ways to use expired film. Here is a bit from the internet thing.

"So, if film does lose its sensitivity to light over time, how do you shoot expired film? Thankfully, there is a simple rule to remember which is to shoot at one stop overexposed for every decade the film has expired. If your film is within two years of expiry, then you are probably ok shooting it at box speed (if it has been stored properly). If it is more than two years and less than ten years, then use the rule of thumb as a sliding scale; e.g. if it expired five years ago then shoot it half a stop overexposed.

The best way to calculate the exposure changes is through changing the ISO. ISO is essentially the sensitivity rating of a film to light – higher ISO film is more sensitive to light (needing less light to get a properly exposed image) and lower ISO film will be less sensitive to light (needing more light to get a properly exposed image). By shooting an expired film at a lower ISO than its box speed you are increasing the amount of light hitting the film and overcoming its lower sensitivity. "
