Owned by the same family for 20 years and always garaged, this is a superb example of this iconic car and has averaged only 1,000 miles per annum for the last 20 years.

There are receipts for the cambelt being changed in August 2025 at 79,101 miles, and previously in 2011 at 59,670 miles, which is a measure of the high level of care its’ had.

The car is very original with the original AFG Nissan number plates and rear window AFG Nissan window sticker. The rear parcel shelf is totally original which is always a good sign that it’s not been owned by a boy racer (no speaker cut outs !), and the interior of the car is excellent with only slight sun fading on the indicator stalk. The cloth seats are totally original with no burns, tears or bolster wear and it even comes with all the original floor mats.

The car is running a beautiful set of new JBW (John Brown Wheels) MINILITE 6.0 x 14 wheels fitted with Nankang AS-1 75H tyres which have only covered 2,700 miles (fitted in July 2025). I also have the original steel wheels with all the original Nissan wheel trims which will be included in the sale.

The car starts and drives flawlessly, with all the controls in perfect working order. It comes with a sheaf of paperwork detailing all of the work done back to 2010.

I’ve owned many cars in my time, but the little Nissan Micra is without doubt the one that I’ve had the most unprompted positive comments about. People are genuinely delighted to see it on the road and whether it’s a supermarket car park or the petrol station, everyone stops to have a look and comment on what a lovely car it is.
