LIVE-IN MANNY / NANNY – HAMPSHIRE

A warm and active family based in Hampshire is seeking an experienced, energetic and engaging live-in nanny or manny to care for their three girls, aged 7, 10 and 12.

This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday role, ideally suited to someone active, sporty, dynamic and genuinely enthusiastic about working with school-aged children. The family would love someone with plenty of initiative and get-up-and-go who can bring fun and energy to the girls’ daily routine while providing reliable structure and support.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am–7pm
Location: Hampshire
Salary: £50,000+ gross per annum, depending on experience
Accommodation: Separate private accommodation provided
Additional benefits: Meals and a car provided
Start date: September, exact date TBC
Holiday: Approx 25 days Per Annum

The school-day period will be more relaxed while the children are at school, although the nanny/manny will remain on call and complete the agreed household duties.

Typical duties will include:

•⁠ ⁠Preparing the children for school and managing the morning routine
•⁠ ⁠School drop-offs and collections
•⁠ ⁠Preparing healthy meals and snacks
•⁠ ⁠Supporting homework and school organisation
•⁠ ⁠Arranging and supervising activities, playdates and outings
•⁠ ⁠Encouraging sport, outdoor activities and active play
•⁠ ⁠Managing dinner, bath and bedtime routines
•⁠ ⁠Children’s laundry and wardrobe organisation
•⁠ ⁠Keeping the children’s bedrooms and shared areas clean and organised
•⁠ ⁠Completing agreed household duties during the school day
•⁠ ⁠Maintaining a positive, structured and engaging environment

Occasional weekends, babysitting and family travel may also be required and will be paid separately.

The ideal candidate will:

•⁠ ⁠Have at least two to three years’ professional nannying or childcare experience
•⁠ ⁠Be sporty, active, engaging and full of initiative
•⁠ ⁠Be warm, confident and able to connect with children of different ages
•⁠ ⁠Be organised, dependable and comfortable managing a busy household routine
•⁠ ⁠Hold an Enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to obtain one
•⁠ ⁠Hold a valid paediatric first-aid certificate
•⁠ ⁠Have a full, clean driving licence and be a confident driver
•⁠ ⁠Have excellent references
•⁠ ⁠Have the right to work in the UK
