2021 sterling mobility scooter has a broken plastic on back and at the front doesn’t affect how the scooter works has 1 key charger doesn’t work so will need a new charger has 3/4 charge has swivel seat which can be taken off also bars fold down has horn indicates speed control front and rear lights all works fine open to offer collection only BS13
