This is 8 mph and fast
It has the upgraded arm rests and retractable seat belt these were £500 extra
It has not done any miles it was delivered and left unused until May 2025 when it was pat tested serviced and has new batteries fitted unfortunately it still remained unused and the owner died.
Someone is going to get a fabulous scooter which currently retails at over £6000 with the upgrade.
It has the 2 keys included and folder with Manuals and document.

It includes the certificate to apply for the v5 it’s a certificate of newness as far as I am aware it has not been registered as it has its document a 21 plate number plate will be issued.
