Description
Horizon Mayan AC - heavy duty all terrain mobility scooter. For spares/repairs as not currently working.
These cost £7,000 to £8000 new, and normally sell for around £3500 second hand. Even poor condition examples, when up and running, fetch £2000+ so even if you have to spend a bit on this one to get it going again, it might still be a good value option. If you repair and/or deal in scooters, you might be able to get it sorted and make a very good profit.
It has not been used for a couple of years and has sat in a barn. It is sold for parts or not working, for spares or repairs.
The batteries are flat as a pancake and will need replacing. There may be other issues too, so sold for parts or not working. At the very least it will need new batteries, a thorough check over and a service, plus any other gremlins sorted. It's quite old, but probably worth restoring. Alternatively it's an excellent source of parts if you already have one of these, as secondhand parts are scarce and very expensive.
It comes with key, original printed instruction manual but no charger.
It has been repainted at some stage (possibly more than once) in black but it's a bit rough round the edges. General condition is well used, but it's an all terrain scooter, so they're rarely immaculate.
You're welcome to come to collect, or I can deliver for free within 30 miles of Brockenhurst (New Forest) so Southampton, Bournemouth etc. If you are collecting it you will need a van or very large people carrier, it is huge and will not fit in a normal car.
Please let me know if you would like any more info, or to view.
Strictly payment by cash or bank transfer on collection only please, thanks.
