The Harley coccyx wedge is a cushion that is designed to tilt the users pelvis to encourage good posture and can decrease discomfort in the legs and lower back. The cut-out in the foam may also offer relief to those who have fractured their coccyx (bone at the base of the spine) and find it painful to sit on.
