My mum's has test driven it 3/4 times in the short time we have had it. Just locally in our housing estate.

She has incredibly bad hands due to osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis and cannot get along with the paddles that move it back and forth.

The company we bought from won't accept the return as she has used it.
