Really good mechanical condition, drives perfect, with strong maintenance history. Few none urgent things to fix to make it a really clean example.

Full service stamps from 2003 to 2017. Lots of maintenance from previous owner (9 yrs)
- Pilot sport 5 tyres on the rear
- reconditioned gearbox in 2020
- Tarox brakes with ebc pads
- B8 shock absorbers, new rear springs, arms etc
- rocker seals, new spark plugs, HT leads
- plenty of other items

The car does have a list of things to sort, which is why it's not the one for me (and it doesn't fit in the garage)

- dash is temperamental (I have a receipt still under warranty)
- slight rust to rear arches
- damage to front lip from catching it on speed bumps
- SRS light on dash (not investigated further)
- front heated seat not working
- glovebox won't shut
- central locking only works when key is close (siren btry
